Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Pre-order items will follow the estimated arrival time stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery (West Malaysia): 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 3–7 working days

  • Express Delivery (selected areas): 1–2 working days

  • Self-pickup / COD: Available upon request (limited areas)

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier.

  • Free shipping may apply during promotional campaigns or when minimum spend is reached.

  • Any shipping subsidy by Ainna Store will be clearly stated.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can track your order through the respective courier service.

5. Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel is handed over.

  • In case of lost or damaged parcels, we will assist with claims to the courier company.

  • Please notify us within 3 days of receiving a wrong, missing, or defective item.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. For international orders (e.g., Indonesia), please contact our team for manual arrangements.

7. Customs & Duties

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
